Just Saying Hello!!

Hello everyone! It's been a while since I posted anything so I thought I would just say hello!! It has been very busy around here and ready for a break!!! HA HA HA HA What's a break? Looking forward to the wedding this weekend of Kayleigh and Lincoln. It seems like yesterday they just got engaged. My how time flies!! Hope everyone has a great week!!

Baby Zachary Kent

I am not sure how well this picture will be but here he is!!!! Zachary Kent weighs in at 8 lbs. and 19 1/2 inches long. I haven't got to see him in real life but I sure like what I see. Everyone that has saw him says he is beautiful and perfect. Can't wait to see him for my self.

He' Here, He's Finally Here!!!!

My cousin, Julie, had her baby this morning!!! He wasn't due til the 9th of June but they took him. The Dr. said he was afraid the baby was getting too big and Julie is little. The Lord bless Julie and Kent with a 8 lb. baby boy, 19 inches long and they named him Zachary Kent. He has lots of dark hair. Everyone says he's beautiful!!! Kent told me this morning--"He's perfect!" I can't wait to go see him. They live in Kansas so I guess I will be making a trip to Kansas before long. BUMMER!!!!!

Hopefully before long I will have some pictures to post!!!

Update on Freeman Crowe

For those of you who may be wondering how he is doing. We saw him this morning and he was in really good spirits. He would laugh with us when something was funny. They told him that he would be in the hospital approximately 30 days give or take a few. If anyone would like to send him a card to the hospital the address is:

Still Here!!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I am still alive!!! We have had a lot going on lately and just haven't had a chance to keep up. Just be patient and give me some time to take a deep breath!! We just got back from our early 25th anniversary trip (our anniversary isn't till 6/9), which we enjoyed very much!! I have pictures to post and will do that as I get the chance. We are very glad to be home now. We were away for 11 days and that a long, long time!!! We went to Seattle, WA for a few days, then to Forest Grove, OR to worship with those people there. If you ever get the chance to go and worship with them I would definately say go. They were some of the most friendliest, welcoming, and kind people you will ever meet. Then we headed back to Seattle where we caught a bus to Vancouver, BC to board a cruise ship to Alaska!!!! That was an experience in itself!!! We were in awe of everything about our trip!!! We have never done this before and it is one of the most memorable trips we will have. It was a 4 day cruise and it was a blast!! More on all of that later as time allows me to sit down and post pics.

Catching Up

Sorry to those of you who are keeping up or at least trying to keep up with my blog. I am officially a week behind and really do need to post some more pics of my room. It is really taking shape and beginning to look like a building. I haven't been home a whole lot lately.

Last Thursday, April 9, we took off for Arkansas to go 4 wheelin in the Ouachita Mountains. That was a blast!!! We met Byrl & Eileen & family and Steve & Deanna & family up there and stayed till Saturday. We really enjoyed the trip. Saw some beautiful country and even saw where a tornado went through the town we were at. Fortunately, God protected us from the storm and we were all ok. We were outside of town approximately 8-10 miles and didn't get hardly any of the bad weather. We want to go back in the fall Lord's willing and see it when all the colors are changing.

I am currently in Oklahoma City visiting with Mother. She had to have surgery on Monday evening. The place where she originally had surgery nearly 2 years ago (and like to have never healed has flared back up). The doctor had to go back in and open it up and clean it you and start the process again. All of this infection caused a bateria in the blood so that creates a whole other problem. She is improving but it will be a slow process again. The doctor said she probably won't go home till next week sometime. Please pray for her. It's finally happening!!! I have got walls going up now. This all happened on Monday. It's coming along really quickly!! So sorry to those of you who don't like that I keep up to date on my blog!
